FIONA HAS SLOWED IN SPEED AND IS NOW MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 14
MPH (22 KM/H). A WEST TO WEST-NORTHWEST MOTION WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR TO 60 MPH
(95 KM/H) WITH HIGHER GUSTS. GRADUAL STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT
